3. Are your treatments safe for pets and children?

Yes – all our professional-grade sprays and products are pet- and child-safe when applied as directed. We recommend keeping off the lawn until dry (usually 2–4 hours).

4. What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

No charge – we automatically reschedule within 48 hours on the next suitable day, keeping your lawn on track.

5. Can I create my own package?

Of course! We’re here to tailor services to your individual lawn and garden needs. Whether you want a mix of mowing, treatments, or extras, we’ll partner with you to design the perfect plan.

6. Do you provide before and after photos?

Yes – for our commercial, body corporate, and real estate partner clients, we routinely supply before and after photos with every service to document the transformation and provide complete transparency. For residential clients, we’re happy to take and share photos upon request, or they can be included as part of certain packages. Just let Peter know your preference when booking.

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just give us 24 hours’ notice and there’s no fee. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small charge.

8. Are your services insured?

Yes – we carry $20 million public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
