Conditions of Service

Effective Date: December 12, 2025

By engaging Eden Grounds and Gardens ("we", "us", or "our") for services, you ("the client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide lawn mowing, garden maintenance, treatments, and related services as agreed in writing or verbally. Services are performed with due care and skill.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on site inspection or provided details.

Prices include GST and may vary if site conditions differ from description.

Additional work requires approval and may incur extra charges.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a $50 late fee.

We accept bank transfer, cash, or card (surcharges may apply for card payments).

4. Scheduling and Access

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.

You must provide safe, clear access to the property. Locked gates or obstacles may result in rescheduling and potential fees.

We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground services (e.g., irrigation, cables).

5. Cancellations and Weather

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee.

Services may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions at no extra cost.

6. Liability and Insurance

We carry $20 million public liability insurance.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, acts of God, or normal wear.

Clients must inform us of pets, children, or hazards on site.

7. Green Waste

Clippings are left or removed as per service agreement.

Extra green waste removal is charged separately.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 14 days' written notice.

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved amicably. Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

February Referral Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer valid for referrals made and bookings confirmed between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026.

Both referrer and referee must be new to each other (no previous referrals between the two parties).

14% discount applies to the next paid service/mow or treatment for both parties after the referred friend’s first booking is completed.

Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

Discount is applied to the total invoice amount (excluding any additional fees such as travel or tip runs).

Referred friend must mention the referrer’s name at time of booking or enquiry.

Offer applies to residential services only (Eden Collection packages, Premium Treatments, one-off mows/tidies).

Eden Grounds and Gardens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any referral that does not meet these terms.

No cash alternative or refunds for unused discounts.

Standard terms apply (7-day payment, $50 late fee, etc.).

Eden Grounds and Gardens reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.

February Real Estate Special Terms & Conditions

Offer valid for bookings made and services completed between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026.

Free Colour Boost (nutrient spray for enhanced lawn colour and health) is included with every standard mowing service booked under this promotion.

Applies only to residential lawns under 500 sqm (measured as the total mowable lawn area).

Larger lawns or additional services (e.g., hedging, full treatments) are not eligible for the free Colour Boost.

Offer is limited to one free Colour Boost per property during February.

Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.

Standard terms apply (7-day payment, $50 late fee, etc.).

Eden Grounds and Gardens reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.

All services subject to safe access and working conditions (clear area required – no dog waste, toys, or obstacles on lawn).
